Spruce Lodge Bed and Breakfast 
The Adirondack Regional Airport (SLK) is 13 miles away from Spruce Lodge Bed & Breakfast & Guest Cottage which is over an acre and a half and borders a large pond at the back of the property. The hotel is located in the main house, the apartment and the cottage. This beautiful bed and breakfast is nestled in the heart of Lake Placid, which is just 10 minutes from the Olympic venues, and all of the area activities. The area attraction includes amusement park, antiques shopping, aquarium, historical interests, museum, nature area, Mt Van Hoevenberg, Lake Placid, Sanarac Lake, picnic area, religious services, river, ski area, and zoo. Pets are not allowed.The hotel offers board games in the main house common sitting room, a barbecue grill at the back along with Internet access, a fax machine, and a photo copier available on-site for business travelers. A continental breakfast is served every morning consisting of hot and cold cereals, breads, and a variety of beverages. The hotel does not offer breakfast with the cottage.The guest rooms are equipped with alarm clocks, color TVs, bath robes and ceiling fans. Some rooms have bath tub and shower also.
